Stage 03 — COMING SOOn

PURSUE

For the person who knows the mission but cannot seem to stay on it.

BE THE FIRST TO KNOW

You did the work. You cast the vision. And then real life showed up.

You went through the hard season. You got stable. You sat down with your spouse and built a mission statement. You cast vision for the year. You came home from that retreat or closed the workbook with something burning in your chest — and for the first time in a long time, you could actually see the road ahead.

And then February hit. Old patterns crept back in. The alarm went off and you hit snooze — on everything. The workbook stayed on the shelf. Daily urgency crowded out the vision you fought to build. One skipped week became one skipped month. You did not make a conscious decision to give up. You just slowly stopped moving forward and could not quite figure out how it happened.

You are not stuck. You are being tested. And you need more than motivation.
You need a method.

This is what resistance actually looks like.

Fear of failure — because now the vision is defined, which means there is something specific to lose. The drift — where weeks pass and the workbook collects dust and you cannot pinpoint when you stopped moving. A spouse who is not on the same page — one of you is on fire and the other is scared, skeptical, or simply distracted. Financial pressure — because pursuing a real mission almost always costs something, and the timing never feels right.

Spiritual warfare — and for the Christian, this is not metaphor. When you take a step toward what God is calling you to, resistance intensifies. The enemy does not fight hard for ground that does not matter. The fact that it is hard is a sign the vision is real. Comparison that drains you instead of fueling you. Decision fatigue around what to actually do on any given Tuesday. Pursue addresses every one of these. This is not a product about getting motivated.

This is a product about staying in motion.

This one is personal.

I have had the best year of planning — crystal clear vision, every goal mapped out — and still watched it unravel by spring. Not because the plan was wrong. Because I did not have a system for the days when I did not feel like showing up. I did not have a framework for naming the resistance or a rhythm for course-correcting before the whole year slipped away.

Pursue is what I am building for that exact gap. The gap between knowing what you are called to and actually living it out week after week without burning out or losing the plot. One thing to get your head above water. Another thing to build a vision. And a completely different thing to actually live it out when the walls go up. This is that third thing.

What is inside PURSUE

The Annual Vision Layer: You enter Pursue with a vision already in hand from PLAN. If you have not done PLAN, Pursue includes a condensed version of the vision-casting process so you are starting from a defined mission. The annual vision is the north star everything else orbits.

Quarterly Review and Reset: Every 90 days, a structured meeting walks you through what happened, what moved, what stalled, what specifically got in the way, what you are carrying that does not belong to you, and what your one defining focus needs to be for the next quarter. Most people set annual goals and then drift because there is no structured moment to course-correct. This closes that gap.

Weekly Alignment Check-In: A 15 to 20 minute compass check between quarterly anchors. One honest sentence about how last week actually went. The single most important thing you can do this week. What is trying to pull you off course. One small act of courage before the next check-in. Designed to keep you pointed in the right direction before the week runs you.

The Resistance Framework: Before the tools, you need a way to understand and name the resistance you are facing. Pursue teaches a clear framework for identifying internal resistance, relational resistance, circumstantial resistance, and spiritual resistance — and what the right response is for each one.

The Re-Alignment Session: For the moments when you have drifted significantly or hit a real setback. This is the “I have been completely off for three months and I do not know how to restart” tool. Honest, non-shaming, and practical.

What Becomes Possible

Before Pursue, you have a vision but you are not living it. You feel like you are betraying yourself a little bit every day. You are carrying the weight of an unlived life alongside all the other weight life already puts on you. You know what you want. You cannot seem to make it happen.

After Pursue, you have a repeatable system for showing up for your mission every week regardless of how you feel. You know how to identify the specific resistance trying to stop you and you have a response for it. You are moving. Not perfectly. Not without setbacks. But you are moving and you know how to get back up when you stumble. Your faith is a source of strength rather than an unanswered question in the middle of the hard season. You finish the year having actually pursued what you said you were going to pursue.

Resistance is not a sign you heard wrong. It is a sign you are moving toward something real.

This is for you if...

You are not hopeless. You have not given up. But you are discouraged and tired of starting over. You have had seasons where you were moving and something knocked you off track and you never fully got back on. You know the vision is real. You do not know how to stop losing ground. You are not looking for a course with 47 modules. You are looking for a simple, repeatable system that actually fits into the life you are already living.

Pursue was built for the believer who has done the hard work of stabilizing and dreaming — and is now ready to fight for the life God put in their chest.

The vision does not disappear because life got loud. But you need a system to stay connected to it when it does. Be the first to know when it is ready.
