STAGE 01

PAUSE

For the person running on empty — ready to finally catch their breath.

COMING SOON

You already know something needs to change.

You are not lazy. You are not failing. You are carrying more than you were meant to carry — and you have been doing it for so long that exhaustion just feels normal. You wake up tired. You go to bed behind. And somewhere between the job and the kids and the bills and the faith you are trying to hold onto, you lost the ability to think clearly about your own life.

You do not need another book. You do not need a conference. You do not need someone telling you to try harder, dream bigger, or just have more faith. You need permission to stop — and a simple framework for figuring out what to do next.

So I built what I wish someone had handed me.

PAUSE is not a course. It is not a program. It is a short, structured experience — designed to help you stop the bleeding, get honest about where you are, and take one clear step forward. No hype. No hustle. No ten-year vision board. Just the next right thing, rooted in faith and built for real life.

I built PAUSE because I have been the person running on fumes, white-knuckling through another week, pretending everything was fine. And what I needed was not more information. I needed someone to hand me a process — something calm, something honest, something I could actually finish — that helped me catch my breath and start thinking clearly again.

The 5 Steps

P — Park the Ship.
Before you change course, you have to stop moving. This is the biblical principle of Sabbath applied to your real life — not a vacation, but an intentional decision to stop running long enough to see clearly. You cannot steer a ship while the engine is full throttle.

A — Assess the Damage. This is not about finding solutions yet. It is about getting honest. Where are you leaking energy, peace, focus, money, time, or joy? You cannot fix what you refuse to name. This step walks you through an honest inventory — no shame, no judgment, just clarity.

U — Unload What is Unnecessary. You are carrying things that are not yours to carry. This step helps you identify what to set down — not forever, but for now. Carrying less does not mean caring less. It means surviving long enough to be useful again. This is a short sprint, not a permanent lifestyle overhaul.

S — Stabilize. Now that the bleeding has slowed, this step helps you prevent old patterns from creeping back in. You will learn the Gap vs. Gain concept — measuring progress from where you started, not from some impossible ideal. Progress beats perfection. Every time.

E — Ease Forward. No sprinting. No five-year plans. This is the no-wake zone. PAUSE ends the way Scripture lights the path — a lamp to your feet, not a spotlight on the horizon. You do not need to see the whole road. You just need the next right step.

What You Get

7-Part Video Series — Short, honest teaching (45 minutes total) with built-in pause points so you never feel rushed.

Companion Workbook PDF — Guided reflection for each step of the P.A.U.S.E. framework. Not busywork. Real questions that move the needle.

Faith-Rooted Anchors — Every step is grounded in Scripture and Sabbath theology. This is not self-help with a Bible verse taped on. The theology is the backbone.

Short-Sprint Framework — Designed to be completed in days, not months. You do not need another thing that collects dust. You need something you will actually finish.

Immediate Access — Pay once, start immediately. Watch on your schedule. No subscriptions, no drip content, no hoops.

What Becomes Possible

When you stop long enough to breathe, things start to shift. Not because you hustled harder — but because you finally gave yourself permission to stop pretending you were fine.

On the other side of PAUSE, you will have language for what has been draining you. You will know what to set down and what to keep. You will stop measuring yourself against some impossible standard and start seeing the ground you have already gained. And you will take your next step — not out of panic, but out of peace.

This is not about fixing your whole life in a weekend. It is about stabilizing — so you can think clearly, lead well, and start showing up like the person God actually made you to be.

This is for you if...

You are the one holding everything together — but quietly falling apart. You have been running so hard for so long that you cannot remember the last time you made a clear-headed decision about your own life. You are not looking for hype or a hundred-step plan. You just need someone to say: it is okay to stop. Here is how.

PAUSE was built for the believer who is tired of pretending, ready to get honest, and willing to take one real step forward.

This is where it starts. Not when things slow down. Not when you have it figured out. Now.
